You can use external tools or extensions to track how many copies of a card you own during a draft, or manually track it if you know which specific cards you're on the lookout for
I find it hard to get to the specific targets outlined in the table above, so I try to get to a minimum of 23 for each coloured source so I can reliably hit at least one source in my opening hand.
